Urgent VACANCY
ROLE: Customer Support Representative in an IT firm (must be single and not more than 32 years old).

REQUIREMENTS: OND/HND/BSc
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Customer oriented.
• Empathetic, tolerant and patient.
• Critical thinking and collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email and chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

Location: Ajah, Abraham Adesanya, Lagos
Salary: #70,000 (plus overtime)
