The rain that started around 1:30PM and lasted for about 3 hours left the houses along Kuola annual stream flooded with so many fences collapsed while a building was almost submerged.

THE fact that the downstream buildings of the annual stream were not affected shows that the flood is as a result of very poor drainage system. My opinion though.


The funny part: A woman who just packed to the area was mourning her two chickens which she Said were matured enough for "Ileya". We blessed God no life was lost in this area.

AND IBADAN RAIN IS JUST STARTING. THE METEOROLOGICAL SERVICES HAS BEEN WARNING IBADAN RESIDENTS FOR THE PAST 2 - 3 WEEKS TO BE ON THE LOOK OUT IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
