It simply says my inability to bring about a change in my environment and in those around is causing a lot of suffering for the world PR a particular part of the world..

It says my inability to share my knowledge or wisdom or use it to improve people is causing a lot of problems in the world..

So why should I sit and fold my arms when with proper learning and effecting I can change the world..
