GLO: Why Is Glo Mobile Stealing From There Subscribers? by gloriaunobi(f): 1:21pm On Nov 17, 2017
Last week my guy sent me airtime and when I recharged it within 2 hours of recharge Glo 've already stolen my #75 and when I called the customer care she came up with ridiculous reasons that actually the amount was deducted for health pack Value Added Service. When I asked her who activated it on my behalf she apologize instantly saying that "we are sorry for the inconvenience".
Secondly, they kept removing and stealing my airtime till I have to dump the line and bought another glo line and still the day time robbery continue.
My guy sent me airtime for 1 month data subscription but unfortunately before I could press *777# to buy the data, Glo as usual has taken #20, before I check again #50, #75 was randomly deducted from my line without my intent and the worst aspect is that they won't send you message to acknowledge the airtime deduction. My guy have started calling me names that I don't want to subscribe so that we will have Video call even when I told him what glo is doing with my airtime. What should I do please because am tired of calling customer care without solid outcome.
