Hello webmasters

I checked through my ebooks one day and I realised they wre up to 25GB. So I told myself why cant I make money from my numerous collection which has taken me more than 3 years to acquire. I started collecting ebooks from the company I did my IT and these ebooks are expensive but some were free to get.

so here is where i need your help. I want to create a website where people can download these files, (really good ones) that cut across many niche of interest.
1. yearly membership to be able to access it for a very small amount, so i can maintain the site and add more as frequently as I can.
2. google adsence it.
3. a good website designer
4. methods of payment,

I would greatly appreciate both negative and positive criticism.
