Have You Ever Experience Death In Anyway? How Did You Handle It? My Story by Joesno(m): 5:58pm On Dec 27, 2020
I wouldn't av been able to type this about an hour ago, if not for supreme intervention.
I can beat my chest and boldly tell u that the distance between life and death is less that a thin thread, jst one silly cut, boom! you are off to whatever remains in the afterlife.

I almost lost my life drowning inside a beach today, is not and never a good experience. I prepared heading home less than a minute after I was brought out, I av never been to a beach before not until today, and boom! Death staring right in front me. I can't really tell how it transpired, all I can say is that I was struggling, if not battling with death, but it seems I came out victorious. Thanks to my fellow beach mate, I nvr saw his face coz I was stl struggling even after I was brought out. Not funny!

I was forced to settle than after insisting to go home less than a minute after the incidence. When I was going out, I keep thinking about the ugly scenario, seeing alot of persons having fun, dancing, eating, swimming and doing whatever fun stuff u can imagine, I felt like crying reminiscing about what jst happened and how I could av lost my life for something I am not good at, all in the name of fun, another thing I am allergic to. It's not funny should incase u find it hilarious angry

The problem now is, I don't know if I should move on with my life like it nvr happened, like I should feel free with myself, like I nvr went to the beach but keep living the way I do, putting this behind.

Or

I should keep living with this bad experience, putting death that can happen anytime as a consideration, with today's case inclusion, like I should start viewing life from a different perspective of death u know, I would av been dead today leaving grieve and anguish behind for my families; my parents, siblings, friends, gosh! What was I thinking? I felt like crying, something I av nvr thought of.

Pls I need u to say something, I admit my negligence and stupidity going into something I av nvr done and extremely poor at, but I need u to say something encouraging and intriguing, u know.

Have u ever experienced something like this, U know death?

How did u fight it? Did u move on?
Did u start living differently for the fear of death? Like being extremely careful with anything that is life threatening?

Most importantly, how did you move on?

Thanks, I really appreciate your response.

Had a similar experience in late 1992; mine was at River Benue, then, University of Agriculture, Makurdi was moving to permanent site, the water board ceased to pump water. I went together with others to fetch water at a very young age of seven, A fat lady brushed me on my way out with a bucket of water then, l slipped on the slippery path and fell. No one saw me fell into the water. I couldn't swim, the moment l come up and tried to shout the more l drank water.Thoughts of death filled my head, l concluded l was going to die. As God will have it, a boy turned as noticed me drowning, he beckoned on others and l was rescued. It was so shocking that we never mentioned a thing about it to anyone but each time l looked at my mum, l kept thanking God knowing that she just buried her only son, how would the family have handled another loss. Each time l remember, l know God kept me alive for a purpose.

Omo! Mine was funny and scary. During the end sars protest saga.
I was damn bored at home and decided to go have fun at the night protest and it was all fun not until 3am that I was weak and sleepy, so I decided to go back home and the distance is quite much (I will have to board like two Keke napeps or a bike). Fortunately for me, I saw a Keke that was going half-way I immediately hop in like a chief going to his village town when I got to the halfway of my destination, I begin to panic because it was all dark and quite. As omo ogbon(sharp nigga), I started trekking since there's no bike nor Keke. I continued with my journey while I was vibing to Oluwaburna (YE) and signing along/displaying like a bad man lol, it's dark afterall and na Express way. I got to a point where I saw some security guards, greeted them and tip some change into their pocket, got hailed like a Boss and I continued my journey while enjoying my gbedu. I thought it was going to be one of my greatest night not until I got to another Street and saw a security guard, still vibing to Burna and I greeted him thinking the dude na better person wey I fit tip too lol angry immediately he sighted me, He yelled and said kneel down there, I was like oga wetin sup? he pointed a gun at me kiss I just humble like person wey wan Bleep new pvssy. He said in Yoruba "Eyin ni awon omo ole to wa ni last week abi, e tun ti wa" meaning ( you are among those hoodlums that came to rob the street last week, you are here again) I said no sir, am just an end sars protester *shaking and I don almost urinate 4 body grin * He then said call anyone to prove your innocence. Unfortunately for me, the phone I left with doesn't have a Sim card and I was just on my WiFi cheesy , when he saw I couldn't proof my innocence, he cocked the local gun shocked (Mogbe) I started begging in Yoruba *E jor sir, emi ni kan ni mummy mi bi ah *( please sir na only me my mama born) telling my whole life story lol and speaking in tongues, spanish, egun. Na that time I know the distance btw life and death na thin line cry
Quote me if you are curious to know how I was free grin

It is a common saying that God keeps people alive for a purpose nah.
You don't need to test near death to agree.

But on the other hand,
Does it mean that God did not have any purpose for those who died ?? He did not have purpose for your already dead family member ?? Pardon my emotionlessness.
Meaning that when God stops having purpose for anybody, that person dies??

This christianity stuff is really confusing.

To the OP, nobody has experienced death and is still alive. You can only experience death when you are dead.

Omo, I remember that year, when I was awaiting admission into university.....One very hot afternoon, I hopped into my mum’s Mercedes Benz 190 and drove down to a friend’s residence (his dad is now a governor). We(my friend, his two siblings and I) all agreed to go swimming in a standard pool in one of these Nigerian Universities. The shallowest part of the pool was 4 ft while the deepest was 16ft(not for the fainthearted). It was all fun and cool until my friend’s youngest sibling asked me to back him, I granted his request and took him on a piggyback round the shallow parts of the pool. Then all a sudden, I felt a hard kick on my chest from one of the careless swimmers and before I knew it, I already lost control at the 6ft region where I had been enjoyably cruising with the happy boy on my back. I found myself struggling to maintain balance while I got swept towards the deeper parts of the Olympic standard pool with the boy still clinched uncompromisingly to my back. Mehn, I felt too heavy to float (I was just an average swimmer) and I went all the way down. Nobody had noticed my yells for help cry
The boy held on to my neck like his life literally depended on it as I struggled down the heavily waved water towards the 12 ft. As I was about to mumble a few prayers in my thoughts, I saw a professional swimmer coincidentally swam past us and I saw his reaction when he saw two bodies sinking down the slope of the pool. I had swallowed and inhaled enough water by then and the boy on my back was surprisingly not struggling (maybe he fainted ). I was about closing my eyes to see death when I felt a grab on my wrist and before I knew it I was out of the pool and the boy was still tightly holding on to my back. This long story happened within 15 seconds.

The funny part of my story is that today makes it 3years i experienced it. My own case i already died sef.
It was my jnr bro 20th birthday, we booked a club to celebrate with friends. This my jnr bro is a military personnel. So most of his military friends came to the birthday party. We were partying, dancing and drinking. I was getting drunk but not drunk, few hrs into d party some touts numbering 30 or more came in the club and started harrassing the club manager that they booked the bar first, But d manager was pleading and promising to give them money for compensation. Troubled started when one of this touts threw a bottle of stout into the crowd of guys(military guys) partying, meanwhile this guys weren't on u uniform so this touts were not aware of those they were troubling. Wahala sha started, while i was tryin to look for a safe haven to hide, three of the touts saw me and then held me and started beating me, then they broke bottle on my head, that was d last thing i remembered that night. Two days later, i woke up and i saw men in military uniform and guns beside me, me i was thinking it was heavenly soldiers cuz i thought i was dead, then i saw my mom and brother also beside me crying then i understood what was happening. To cut d story short, those touts were caught d next day and slept in guard room, infact some where injured. This matter came out in newspaper, but they published a different story entirely accussing the military guys of being bad. That's y i dnt take all this news online serious.
