Using ppp index, petrol should be less than #100 per litre in Nigeria.

What kind of childishly crooked PPP analysis is this? Petrol is not an individually consumed commodity. At the minimum wage level, the unitised daily consumption of petrol is 1/4 of a litrə.

Pls divide your bus fare into no of kilometers and bus fuel consumption.

We don't know how to think. Everyone is looking at consumption. If I had the power, I would do what advanced countries are doing. Put pay N5 per hour bicycles everywhere and tax petrol consumption even more.
We need to get brains working. People are not defining themselves properly and everybody is following outdated paradigms.

Minimum wage in nigeria is #125 per hour. Fuel is #165 per litre. In Uk, minimum wage is €8 per hour, fuel is €1.3 taking care of 6ltres in uk.
We have to fix productive economy before we can grow as a nation. Subsidy is not our problem. The problem is corruption with impunity.
