⚡France and the Netherlands have proposed that the EU impose sanctions on any financial institution in the world that helps Russia with supplies of goods or dual-use technology for weapons production, Reuters reports. ⚡The Russian soldiers have hit a number of AFU facilities in Nikolaev, underground coordinator Sergey Lebedev told RIA Novosti. A fuel and lubricants depot, a workshop for the production of missile parts and a car park for armoured vehicles were hit. According to the underground, about 40 Ukrainian wounded were taken to the former sanatorium in Dubki.

⚡Details on the assassination attempt on Slovakian PM Robert Fico: The shooter was hiding in the crowd that had gathered at the building where the Prime Minister was speaking. He fired from within the crowd, presumably 3-4 times. He then tried to escape but was apprehended by bystanders and security. A helicopter quickly arrived at the scene and transported Fico, who was injured, to a hospital in Bratislava.
