Brief Description of the Business
ColouredSpaces Limited is an indigenous brand support company based in Ikeja Lagos that has been delivering world-class service in visibility, merchandising and gift items for over 14 years.

Job Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, compiling, documenting, organising, presenting and managing data needed to identify trends and patterns, and then make recommendations for business actions. His duties also include client relationship management activities and project management as assigned by senior members of the team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

i. Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
ii. Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
iii. Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, sales and market trends.
iv. Market research ability
v. Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.
vi. Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
vii. Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
viii. Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
ix. Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
x. Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders
xi. Client and vendor onboarding/ registration activities
xii. Bid writing/preparation of tender submissions
xiii. Ability to perform Q/A, and Q/C on processes and procedures with the aim of eliminating bottleneck
xiv. Project management
xv. Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, Economics, Mathematics, business studies, or equivalent qualification/experience
• membership of ACCA, NIM, NIMN, ACA, NSE, CIB, ACIA, ICSAN or other relevant body
• Proven experience with programming for data analysis.
• Extensive computing skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Bi and Access or related software.
• Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and facilitative skills and ability to work
• Expert problem-solving, planning, organising and analytical skills.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.

Preferred Gender: Male
Salary: ₦100,000 - ₦140,000 Monthly based on experience
