Hello nairalanders,
I really want to travel out of Nigeria. Usually i would have loved it to be via study visa, but due to sapa, i can't afford all the millions it costs to travel for studies, likewise my family. I havent also been lucky enough to get funded scholarships in all my applications.

So, someone suggested i consider traveling via work visa and that Canada has a visa sponsorship opportunity where they can sponsor skilled workers to move to Canada. Please is there anyone who has genuine information about this and also advise me on how to benefit? I saw some links on a LinkedIn post but I dey fear scammers.

those linkedin posts are scammers. Same with agents promising work visa to Canada all scam. Unless you have a scarce skill/expertise and can get a job offer in Canada. No hope. By the way what is your occupation 🙄

The best bet for you is to go through degree , your profession is not in demand over there, or look for a skill you can learn which is highly in demand.
