So that you can phish someone's delicate and private info. I wonder if people will be stupid enough to fall for this scam.

Thank you @ Dr Paul for your help in correcting my NIN wrong date of birth DOB, Names and issuing me another new NIN printout copy. I have checked it on Nimc portal it's reflect successfuly, I'm relieved now
