I remember back in the days we used to apply for the DV. Some were successful and some were not. So many people went to the USA with this. Back in 2007, this was the case. Now, I was trying to see how to reapply for the DV again having left it for so many years. I can’t find anything. Has something changed? 3 Likes |

Nigerians have been ineligible to apply for the visa lottery since 2015. |

irumole1975:yes we have been ineligible since 2013 actually because more than 50,000 Nigerians usually immigrate to the USA during the previous 5 years, don't count on it this year we are already in 68,000 from 2019-2023 |
