A good number of political actors have homes abroad in the UK, US, Dubai etc

They and their kids have residencies and citizenship of these countries

Do not be deceived. They’re wrecking the country knowingly and preparing a plan B for themselves

But they still live in Nigeria. Having a home abroad is not d criteria. It is having a home abroad and no send Naija at all.

In the quest for residency of a number of countries you must live there for six months

That’s why you see some traveling a lot

If you live half your life abroad I don’t see that as living in nigeria. They live abroad and return during revenue allocation, share and go back

Deinde Fanendez,

the man who said “ two ram cannot drink water from the same bucket” made millions abroad became ambassador extra potentially for several Caribbean Nations, died abroad never ever settling Nigeria. One would think since you have made enough money you would want to return home. Anyways he died abroad stupendously wealthy.

Dan Etete

Abacha’s oil minister who after the death of Abacha has made the French chateau his new home. He has be living France ever since. Wondering why he has not return home at least he is rich and those looking for him are no more in government.

Deziani Maduake

Another oil minister who is now permanently resident in the UK has a Dominican passport at present. I understand she is negotiating with this regime to come back but to no avail at the moment. No wonder President’s after Buhari kept the minister of petroleum portfolio to themselves. With d example of Deziani and Dan Etete u would think twice b4 giving that portfolio to just anyone.

Kola Aluko

A protégée of Diziani, was supposed to have fleeced Deziani to the tune of $200.00 million dollars. Said to be large amongst the world’s oligarchs. He was once said to rent his yacht to Jay Z and his wife when they went on holiday. I don’t see him coming home anytime soon.

Guys , Do you know of any other bucks up Nigerian that seems to scared of coming home
In other words all these are notable and notorious thieves that fleeced the Nigerian treasury after looting it.

I just checked up on King Fernandez and I found his carbon copy daughter on IG. She's a musician and she's proud of her parents. She has events of her father on her profile. Dele momodu and big guys and girls dey follow her. I join follow her too. Her father really was a king on his own. He wined and dined with the movers and shakers of this our very own planet and he was very proud of his African root.

Deinde Fernandez should be excused if that is the case. But Dan Etete should not. Because his ministerial role was not held in Italy. That kind of clearance given to him must have been based on compassionate grounds.

The thread is about Nigerians who are wealthy but for whatever reason choose not to come home. And Fernandez is one of such person. Dan Etete if he comes home today who’s going to charge him. Obj wanted catch him . I doubt whether Tinubu would follow that line of action. Deviant and Aluko there case is still hot.

NIGERIAN MINISTERS AND BANKERS ARE BUNGLING TOO.

THE CONSTITUTION DOESN'T SAY SO BUT BY IMPLICATIONS AND RIGHTEOUS RITUALS OF PRESIDENTIAL DEMOCRACY, THE 36 CONSTITUTIONAL STATE GOVERNORS ARE "FIRST LINE MINISTERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WHILE MR. PRESIDENT IS THE PRIME MINISTER".

he US department of justice has announced the final resolution of two civil cases seeking the forfeiture of the luxury assets that were laundered in and through the country in a case involving Diezani Alison-Madueke, former minister of petroleum resources, and her associates.

Diezani’s associates who were named in the forfeiture case are Kola Aluko, a Nigerian businessman, and Jide Omokore, chairman of Atlantic Energy Drilling Concepts Nigeria Limited.

The department said the forfeited assets were the “proceeds of foreign corruption offenses”.

In a statement released on its website on Monday, the US department of justice disclosed that “roughly $53.1 million in cash, plus a promissory note with a principal value of $16 million” have been recovered as part of “proceeds of illicitly awarded contracts” involving the trio — Diezeani, Aluko, and Omokore.

Forfeiture of any property obtained through criminal means is not a crime and he did not commit any crime.
Nigerian Supereme Court has proven it.
