This allows them to obtain planning permits (approval) without paying the statutory penalty fees.

1. Title document/proof of ownership
2. Survey plan
3. As-built architectural drawings
4. Structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings (where applicable)
5. Non-destructive integrity test report
6. letter of structural stability and indemnity
7. land use planning analysis report
8. applicant must be tax compliant
9. other supporting documents where applicable
