I want to set up a 3d vitual studio in my location but I don't know much about it and how much setting it up might cost..any ideas please??

Hmmm my brother this your question is necessary for me to answer cos I am also planning to do this but not as large as yours.
3D Studio is expensive. Let begin from the Laptop and software to make those realistic guns, water, houses, cars, hair, clothing, characters and environment. You need a high end laptop that can run those heavy 3D application properly without lagging. A Laptop of 16 to 32 GIG RAM with Nvidia graphics card or AMD Radeon Graphics Card is required and to get a laptop of this specs you will have nothing less than 300K. You will subscribe to some of these 3D application to increase your workflow. Though there is Blender and Unreal Engine which are free.
Autodesk Maya
Zbrush
Houdini
Iclone
Cinema 4D
Daz 3D.
You subscribe monthly or yearly to all these application before running them.
You need A large office room
Wacom Graphics drawing Tablet
A mouse
You need a professional office working desk and chair.
Standard Speakers
Good power supply
Data to download.
