I suggest you guys should create a special section (child board) where new job alerts are posted by you and you guys only. Other people can make coments on them but the topic should only be created by you guys alone. The topic should be based on the other people's thread on the regular section where they genuinely made an announcements on any job offers. The genuinuity can be ascertained from people's reactions to the post. Another option is for you guys to get the info from other specific jobalert websites and then create topics for them in that special section for people to comment upon.

This way people get to know when there is a new job alert and can then apply for them. Kudos on the good work you guys are doing.
