For a couple of weeks now i have not been able to utilise any data service on my blackberry 9650(bold 3) even as my bis is still active. I have called several mtn customer care reps and the tell me my line has been refreshed and i should restart the fone, they tell me about diagnostic test, they tell me about host routing table or so.. Ive done all that still it doesnt work. ANd it shows that i am on an active plan in their servers. Is this happening to any other person? PLEASE IF THERE IS ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP ME HERE I WILL BE GLAD!!!! THANK YOU
