Cost of living is very very low in Oyo and Osun which explains their Per capita. Cost of living is very high in Eastern Nigeria (SE, SS) yet most have a very high standard of living. How do you explain that? As far as I am concerned only Lagos and Ogun and to some extent Ondo are viable states in SW. In SE, only Ebonyi is unviable. I am on the ground and I see the poverty in Oyo and Osun. Yet I am told Osun is better than Ogun. Tell that to the morons.
