Sorry if I didn't answer your question in the past, its definitely an error of omission. Pure sine wave inverters are the most advanced form of inverters, so in terms of performance they are fairly better than modified sine wave. Note that they are pretty pricey and that's why modified sine wave remains the most common inverter.
If money is not an issue, I'll advise pure sine wave but if otherwise, modified.
