In terms of certificate...to get admitted to any African school...all you need is your waec result and you must have at least 6credits for undergraduate course and for masters and phd you have to have your first degree of at least 2nd class upper and a master degree repectively

For those of you seeking to get admission in Germany...good news for you today...you can now study in germany for free as free tuition...all you need is your waec result for undergraduate....once you get admitted you get to apply for your study visa at the embassy..

But note they have been a new development to entry to study in Germany based on free tuition.

You have to have a euro account opene in german or if you dont have anybody to open it...well is not a problem cos the Embassy can open the account for you
