My best suggestions are:
1. meet any guy working in Coscharis motors if they have any customer willing to sell theirs so you guys link up.

2. Meet those guys in international organizations eg RedCross UN etc and ask if they have any which they wish to sell off legally.

Yhu may also wish to check up on some MDAs like PHCN, FRCN, FAAN, Min of Agric, Works and so forth. I've seen a couple of abandoned but good looking 110s in backyard parking lots.
PS, the ones @PHCN may not count.

So take that ~$50k plus shipping and clearing and you may reach $60k easily.

The one on that thread is way cheaper though. You should probably try to get someone to check it out for you and maybe you pay them a commission coz at the end of the day, it all adds up.

I posted on the thread asking for additional information but seller wants me to come onsite. Hard to do from 8,000 miles away.

I don't mind paying commission when actual real work is done. I won't pay commission for someone just linking me with a seller. It's not that serious.
