Let me Explain.According to Nigeria Electoral Act,we do not vote for Individuals but Party.For Example on the Ballot Paper,the Party Symbol is thumb Printed by the Side. So if the Court Disqualifies Buhari Next Month because of the Certificate Scandal,the First Runner up in The APC Presidential Primaries which happens to be Rabiu Kwankwaso will become President. From Fed. High court they will move to appeal court from appeal to supreme that will be dy next 5 years. Well after election the case has become an academic exercise because its overtaken by event 2 Likes |
