Since last 2 weeks now, calls to Off Network on MTN Zone re charged at 40k/Sec. Even wen 1 add d "*" or the "#555", it will refuse to display the rate at which u will be charged. Then after d call u will realize u've bin charged at 40k/Sec.

That is because MTN found out themselves that they were loosing. Imagina calling other networks at 4k/sec or even free. To worsen the matter, there were different blogs broadcasting it on per second billing haba!. But mine own is 20k/sec flat, sorry to say but it is not available at the moment. MTN is trying to stop Zone tariff soonest so just bear with them @ that rate.

By OffNet i min 'None MTN' numbers. So u min to say u've bin calling oda Network numbers at d same Zone Rate u call MTN numbers dis week?

I thought i was alone, couldn't call, but it's OK now, mine dropped yesterday but before then I switched to mtn trutalk plus 5 naira daily access charge and calls to all network drops to.11k.I did this on my second mtn line in case d zone jumps up again. To switch to truetalk plus *123*20# .its d best plan to across all network for now. Globounce is next with 12kper sec. Using two mtn lines with glo3gig for browsing

@ all: D latest now wen u add d usual '*' or '#555' to call an OffNet number is dat d will tell u "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CALL THIS NUMBER".

U call OffNet numbers on MTN Zone by adding asterisk '*' at d end of d number.

But if u read my posts, u will understand dat i am complaining dat d hav blocked it. Because i hv bin unable to call OffNet at d same rate now.

There are some areas where calls are 40k/sec to all nerworks in the zone Throughout the day. It's better to kukuma switch to trutalk+.

I've gotten so used to it, I thought it was legitimate. I have tried all the codes I know: '*', '#555', '0000', '111' none of them work anymore and the annoying thing is I get a flat rate for on-net calls at 12k/s regardless of my location and off-net still remains 40k/s.

Glo 12k/sec is a big scam as that tariff has being scrapped without prior notice. it's 15k/sec off net to all any network after first min @ 40k/sec

even to mk calls at night after 12am is now 12k/secs no longer 0.04k/s na wa o! hempTeaHen bring back our 4k!
