this is the fish i am talking about.

ummm yummy!! that fish will be really nice for making stew with lots of tatashe and atarodo.

a good fish for fresh water fish pepper soup too

but without those head though i hate fish head with a passion

i remember going to a farmer market with my sister last year. the catfish was sooooooooooooo huge i was a bit scared. we bought 4 of them. just one filled the pot because it was just too big. but the taste was out of this world 

the only thing i thot of doing then was smoking it with her charcoal grill then make egusi or ogbono soup with but for the neighbor.
