Children Of The Sambisa Forest, Bama

This video shows Empower54's brave journey to the ravaged community of Bama, Bornoo State to see women and children rescued from Boko Haram.

For years, the terrorist group, Boko Haram, has kidnapped and held hostage thousands of women and children in the Sambisa Forest.

The Nigerian army has rescued many of them from Boko Haram’s captivity only to find thousands of children severely malnourished and dying of starvation. These women and children are being sheltered and treated by the Borno State government and Nigerian Army.

Empower54 travelled to the ravaged community of Bama, Borno State under heavy security by the Army to identify their needs and make arrangement to help them.

Life is pathetic and may God have mercy on us. It is unbelievable that this is going on in our country and to our citizens but most of us chose to tribalise suffering rather than to help.

The little girl in the 4th picture, is she feasting on flies or flies feasting on her?

To think some people thought that money meant for fighting terrorism was for bazaar churns at the stomach.

And some of us will be supporting the yam eaters.
This is the effect of their evil actions.

I hope we all see reason for peace in the ND before pictures like this start to emerge.

#Say no to violence.

Some people somewhere must have also pocketed money for the relief of these dying Nigerians. This is wickedness in the high places, this their situation did not happen just in one year. Mike omeri and group should be asked what they did with the vote meant for relief for these people, men, women and children. Yet, all the people that stole money is yet to be sent to jail and the president is shielding them from shame and disgrace. If looting is what it is to be called a richman, then it is wrong and should not command respect. Is our president and Vp also trying to play safe becos they are also an accomplice in crime? If Not sirs, then publish the names of thieves and send to jail with hard labour. It is a challenge. Mrs aisha buhari, did you see the pictures, if you did, did it send goose pimples into your blood, and if it did, what are you thinking of doing? Aisha, the first three, eight months and the DDAY, do you remember what does periods signifies to mothers, EXCRUCIATING PAIN? If you do, then call your husband to do the right thing for the seek of those women and children and others. If he refuses becos he is covering up something, then i challenge you to call out women in the 36 state and abuja and tell us where to converge in each states for protest against intentionally killing of these group of people and others by your husband. Aisha you send relief on camera for people to see, that is not enough, to me, that is hypocrisy. Aisha, you are the mother to all Nigerian people for now and you should do as one.
