it doesn't take much proffessionalism, it is just a figure head position, you dont have much stress to worry about. you might need an office though for this job and nothing more. the payment goes for 10% of 25%. and it based only on every income made by the management company. all other team are in place, just the figure head post, and this position require an office holder.

a position of a spoke person also needed to be filled, someone who can handle the group online handles, mails and interact with the outside world.
