Earlier today Lt Gen TY Buratai visited troops at University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital & 7 Div Hospital respectively.

Has buratai paid them up to date and in full?Cos I learned they were been owed 4month allowances and when they were managed to be paid it was a half payment.
