In Mark 10 Vs 8-12, Jesus Told His Disciples That Whosoever Divorces His Wife And Marry Another Commits Adultery....... Now, Considering That The Man Only Commits Adultery By Putting Away The Wife And Marry Anoda, What About If He Doesn't Put Away The Wife But Still Go Ahead To Marry Anoda As HIs Wife? Do We Say He Has Committed Adultery In That Regard?.

Can We Logically Also Say The Man Has Not Disobey The Law Of God That 'he Made Them Male And Female' In That The Man Marries Two Females(wives)? Does The Bible Really Frown At Polygamy As Being Done In The Church? Is Polygamy Punishable By Hell Or Lake Of Fire?

Polygamy is one thing which was not in GOD's plan but, because of the fall of man, found its way into existence.

Why would a man want more than one woman? If one woman is not absolutely enough for a man, GOD would have known that, and would have surely given Adam more than one.

God created Adam then created eve from him. One man and one woman that's the natural order of things.

but God Was Indifferent When The Likes Of Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon And Co Married Many Wives. Will Polygamy Put Someone In Hell?

Yes, it is. In the first place, why would a married man desire another woman? Is that not already adultery/unfaithfulness in the heart?
Besides, both require you to deal treacherously with the first wife. Infact, keeping her in the house and bringing in another is more treacherous than sending her out.

The Bible frowns at it. As revelation unfolded, certain things that were overlooked due to the previous limit of revelation, are no more overlooked hence the statement, "the times of ignorance, God winked at".

All the people you mentioned had one problem or the other in their family life caused by the fact that they had more than one wife, and which would not be there had each of them just one wife.

It's best to follow GOD's ideal.

And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
Matthew 19:5

Marriage is between two (not 3 or more) who would become one till death separates them. What do we call the second wife?

2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.

3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
Romans 7:2,3
The highlighted also applies to the man, he shall be an adulterer if he marries another while his wife is still alive.

There's no Bible passage that says smoking or cheating in the exam hall is bad too.
