The Niger Delta Development Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND Foundation) today (May 24, 2017) to provide technical assistance in identifying, designing and implementing agricultural value chain projects in the Niger Delta. This MoU is in line with #TheNewNDDC plan of the current MD/CEO, Nsima Ekere.
