6. Be confident: Being unconfident is a turn off to almost everyone. And the thing with confidence is that whether you have it or not, it will reflect in anything you do. Whether it is in your writing or in the way you relate with your clients, they will know if you are confident or not. Being unconfident can slow down your business (if it does not bring it to ruins eventually). Choose to exude confidence. Let it shine all through the work you do. It can make a world of difference.

7. Get knowledge: This is the foundation of every other quality. Knowledge here refers to having accurate information that works about what you are doing. There are plenty ways of doing things wrongly and many people know these ways. On the other hand, there are few ways of doing things correctly but only few people know this. Which side of the divide do you fall? The most reliable way to sure if what you know is correct is to check the results. Is it working? If it is not, you need to get information that works.
