WHEN WILL THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION EXPLAIN WHY THE BEA SCHOLARSHIP LINK HAS NOT BEEN ENABLED? ITS BEING WEEKS NOW AND NORMALLY REGGISTRATION SHOULD BE ON BY NOW.
