I am Makinde, an health researcher. Many of my research work and reports have helped hundreds of Nigerians to lower their high blood pressure and free them from the risk of having hypertension.

What ever the level of your blood pressure, there are safe natural supplements made from pure fruits, vegetable, herbs and roots that have worked for many people and put smiles on their faces as they glow in their good health. i know yours will not be an exemption.

What Was Your Last Blood Pressure Test Result?

I also believe you are on this page because you are having High Blood Pressure or probably you know someone who is having high blood pressure or you are here to add to your wealth of knowledge on High blood Pressure.

What is high blood pressure?

To simple put; The heart is a muscle that pumps blood around the body constantly during every second of our lives. High blood pressure is considered to be 140/90 mmHg or higher. Blood that has low oxygen levels is pumped towards the lungs, where oxygen supplies are replenished.

The oxygen rich blood is then pumped by the heart around the body to supply our muscles and cells. The pumping of blood creates pressure blood pressure.

Anyone whose blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or more for a sustained period is said to have high blood pressure, or hypertension. So going back to my earlier question. What was your last Blood Pressure test result?

I am so sure you are aware of this, except if you have not sought for any medical care before.

Ideally, we should all have a blood pressure below 120 over 80 (120/80). This is the ideal blood pressure for people wishing to have good health. At this level, we have a much lower risk of heart disease or stroke.

If your blood pressure is optimal, this is great news. By following our healthy living advice, you will be able to keep it this way. If your blood pressure is above 120/80mmHg, you will need to lower it. Keep taking your medication as prescribed by your doctor. However, when you order for Our HPB pack, you will position yourself for a better result and eventually your doctor may have to reduce your medications until it is totally withdrawn.

Major Reasons You Have high Blood Pressure?

hello once again, i believe this question must have been pondering in your heart since your doctor showed you your blood pressure result.
i want to tell you that in 90% of people with hypertension, the cause of high blood pressure is not actually known and this is referred to as Primary or Essential Hypertension. while the specific causes is still unknown, there are Risk Factores that can contribute to developing high blood pressure.

factors that cannot be changed are

1. Age: The older a person is, the greater the likelihood that he or she will develop high blood pressure, especially elevated systolic readings. This is largely due to arteriosclerosis, or "hardening of the arteries."

2. Family history (heredity): The tendency to have high blood pressure appears to run in families.

3. Gender: Generally men have a greater likelihood of developing high blood pressure than women. This likelihood varies according to age.

4. Environmental or Socioeconomic Factors. The current crisis in the country can cause HBP for some people ( Boko Haram, Operation Python Dance, Crocodile Tears etc) and also the recession of the economic.

The Factors That Cause High Blood Pressure That Can Be Changed Are:

1. Obesity: As body weight increases, the blood pressure rises. Obesity is defined as having a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 kg/m. Being overweight increases the risk of high blood pressure. Obese people are two to six times more likely to develop high blood pressure than people whose weight is within a healthy range.

Not only the degree of obesity is important, but also the manner in which the body accumulates extra fat

2. Sodium (salt) sensitivity: Some people have high sensitivity to sodium (salt), and their blood pressure increases if they use salt.Reducing salt intake tends to lower their blood pressure. Africans consume 10 to 15 times more salt than they need. Fast foods and processed foods contain particularly high amounts of sodium. Many over-the-counter medicines also contain large amounts of sodium. Fast food restaurants also make the salt and calorie content of their food available to consumers at their restaurants.

3. Alcohol use: Drinking more than one to two drinks of alcohol per day tends to raise blood pressure in those who are sensitive to alcohol.

4. Birth control pills (oral contraceptive use): Some women who take birth control pills develop high blood pressure.

5. Lack of exercise (physical inactivity): A sedentary lifestyle contributes to the development of obesity and high blood pressure.

I believe you have now understand the reasons why you are having high blood pressure. Don't hesitate to ask any questions or make an inquiry.

Hello, since you must have satisfied your curiosity on why you are having high blood pressure, it will be better to know your blood pressure categories so has to know how to manage it effectively.

It should be noted that; the only way to know (diagnose) if you have High Blood Pressure (HPB or Hypertension) is to have your blood pressure tested. understanding your blood pressure is key to controlling high blood pressure.

Blood Pressure Categories

The five blood pressure ranges as recognized by the American Heart Association are:

Normal Blood Pressure: Congratulations on having blood pressure numbers that are within the normal (optimal) range of less than 120/80 mm Hg. Keep up the good work and stick with heart-healthy habits like following a balanced diet and getting regular exercise.

Pre-hypertension (Early Stage High Blood Pressure): Pre-hypertension is when blood pressure is consistently ranging from 120-139/80-89 mm Hg. People with pre-hypertension are likely to develop high blood pressure unless steps are taken to control it.

Hypertension Stage 1: Hypertension Stage 1 is when blood pressure is consistently ranging from 140-159/90-99 mm Hg. At this stage of high blood pressure, naturally supplement is need to manage it without adverse side effects on other organs of the body.

Hypertensive Crisis: This is when high blood pressure requires emergency medical attention. If your blood pressure is higher than 180/110 mm Hg and you are NOT experiencing symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, back pain, numbness/weakness, changes in vision or difficulty speaking, wait about five minutes and take it again. If the reading is still at or above that level, click http://healthlane.com.ng/landpage/ to get immediate help.

I believe you have known the category your blood pressure belongs to. Don`t hesitate to ask any questions or make an inquiry.

what are you experiencing in your body?

Since you have knowledge of what your blood pressure ranges is, and the categories of your blood pressure. then i think i am save to ask you; what are the signs or symptoms your body is showing?

I want you know that the force which blood is pushed against the walls of arteries for every heart beat is called blood pressure.

When the blood pressure is high its called Systolic Pressure and when the pressure is low its called Diastolic Pressure.

Systolic blood pressure of 120mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of 80mmHg are considered to be the normal readings. it is called high blood pressure if the readings are 140/90mmHg, or more than one occasion.

The Common Symptoms of High Blood Pressure or What You Expected To Be Experiencing If You Have High Blood Pressure Are;

Severe Head Ache
Fatigue or Confusion
Vision Problems
Chest Pain
Difficulty in Breathing
Irregular Heartbeat
Blood in Urine
Pounding in Your Chest, Neck or Ear

These symptoms or signs of high blood pressure you are experiencing indicate one to get help as soon has possible because the complications like heart attack or stroke are pretty high. why not visit http://healthlane.com.ng/landpage/ to get immediate HELP.

Hello once again, yesterday i discussed the severe symptoms or signs that indicate you are having high blood pressure, i will discuss why how blood pressure Damage eyes and how to Treat it.

If you have ever experienced love at first sight, you know that the heart and the eyes share an intimate connection. Unfortunately, the eyes and the heart are also linked in a less romantic way: through high blood pressure.

Hypertension can damage the small blood vessels that supply the retina, the layer of light-sensitive cells at the back of the eye that are essential to vision. Called Hypertensive Retinopathy, this condition occurs in 2 to 14 percent of people over age 40.

Hypertension is also a risk factor for other diseases of the eye, including retinal vein and retinal artery blockages, retinal emboli (blood clots), diabetic retinopathy, ischemic optic neuropathy (damage of the optic nerve due to reduced blood flow), glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration.

Fortunately, detecting hypertension-related eye problems sooner rather than later can help preserve your eyesight.

Damage To The Eye

When your blood pressure is high, the increased pressure can cause damage to several structures in your eye: the retina, macula, and optic nerve.

Damage to the Retina. The small blood vessels in the retina are very delicate, and even slightly elevated pressure can cause them to narrow and thicken. As blood-vessel damage worsens, "cotton-wool spots" (small areas of damaged tissue) and hemorrhages (bleeding) begin to appear in the retina.

Damage to the Macula. With further damage, the blood vessels lose their structural integrity, allowing fat and other fluids, in addition to blood, leak out. These leaked substances form hard exudates (blister-like areas) around the macula (the central portion of the retina). This produces swelling of the macula that can lead to vision loss.

Damage to the optic Nerve. When blood pressure is extremely high, blood flow to the optic nerve (which carries visual signals to the brain) can become blocked. This blockage causes swelling of the optic nerve that can ultimately result in a permanent loss of vision.

Getting Treated

The most important step in managing hypertension-related eye disease is to gain control of your blood
pressure. To control your High Blood Pressure.

Erectile dysfunction is more commonly known as impotence. It is the inability to get an erection long-lasting enough, or firm enough, for penetrative sexual intercourse.

Men with high blood pressure can sometimes experience erectile dysfunction but, for many, it can be treated effectively.

A common cause of erectile dysfunction (impotence) is damage to the lining of the Arteries to the Penis, so that they fail to open up and let the blood in to strengthen an erection.

Blood pressure can damage your arteries by causing them to become thicker, or even to burst. This can restrict blood flow to your penis, which may then cause erectile dysfunction.

It is a bit like a vicious circle in that hypertension can cause Erectile Dysfunction if left untreated, but the medication used to treat it can also impair sexual function and cause ED.

A problem for many men, though, is that some types blood pressure drugs can cause erectile dysfunction. That may make it tough to stay on medication, especially if high blood pressure never caused any symptoms before.

Its known that Diuretics and Beta-blockers can cause erection problems. These are also the first drugs that a doctor is likely to prescribe if you are not able to lower your high blood pressure through diet and exercise.

Diuretics, also referred to as "water pills", these can interfere with the intensity at which your blood flows to the penis making it difficult t get an erection. Diuretics are also known to the lower zinc levels.

How is Erectile Dysfunction Treated?

If erectile dysfunction (impotence) is caused by high blood pressure, then lowering blood pressure through our Natural supplements and lifestyle changes should treat the problem effectively.

If problems with erectile dysfunction continue, there are treatments available to deal with it directly. Contact me about what options may be right for you.

Don`t be embarassed to ask for help, it is normal to feel embarassed about erectile dysfunction but sex is a normal part of life.

9 Foods To Avoid.

Do you know that approximately half of the individuals living with high blood pressure do not have the condition under control despite modifiable diet and lifestyle changes?

Hypertension increases the risk for heart disease and stroke, both leading causes of death in Nigeria; According to the WHO, World Health Organization, approximately 75 million Nigerian adults are diagnosed with hypertension, that translates to 32 percent or 1 in 3 adults!

Additionally, 1 in 3 adults have prehypertension, a condition in which blood pressure numbers are higher than normal but not high enough to receive a hypertension diagnosis.

Approximately half of the individuals living with high blood pressure do not have the condition under control despite modifiable diet and lifestyle changes. Why don`t you reduce your risks and limit these foods that raises blood pressure!

Sodium and Salt

As a general rule, sodium intake is recommended to less than 2,300 milligrams per day. On the Nutrition Facts label, look at the Percent Daily Value (%DV) - 5% DV or less of sodium per serving is low while 20% DV is considered high. Limit the salt shaker and these high sodium foods that increase blood pressure:

1. Preserved Beans

Preserved beans can be loaded with sodium for preservation purposes. If purchasing preserved beans, rinsing the beans with water 2 (two) times and rinse when its half cooked, can help wash away most of the salt.

2. Pre-made Soups

Despite the promotion of nutritious veggies, soups can be loaded with salt and sodium. And unlike Preserved beans, soups cannot be rinsed to reduce salt content. When choosing soups, try to find "low in sodium" or "reduced salt" products or take advantage of the nutrition facts label.

3. Canned or Bottled Tomato Products

Tomato sauces, pastes and ketchups are often loaded with salt. Create your own products with fresh or rinsed, canned tomatoes for ingredient and salt control.

4. Packaged and Processed Meats

Prepackaged meats, including breakfast sausages, Suya, Kilichi and hot dogs, tend to be loaded with sodium. Despite the misbelief that deli meats, such as turkey, may be a lean protein source, added salt is common. Avoid the hidden sodium by purchasing directly from the butcher rather than in the grocer refrigerated section.

5. Frozen Meals

Meals found in the freezer section pizzas, chicken strips and individual frozen entrees are not only loaded with unwanted ingredients, but filled with sodium. Even the advertised "healthy" meals tend to contain high amounts of sodium.

Sugar

Sugar is found in a wide-variety of foods, either naturally or artificially added. It is imperative to reduce products loaded with added sugars, as they essentially offer nothing more than calories and contribute to weight gain - overweight and obese individuals have an increased risk of developing high blood pressure.

The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends a maximum added sugar intake of 37.5 grams (or 9 teaspoons) for men and 25 grams (6 teaspoons) per day. Added sugars are commonly found in:

6. Candy
Candy essentially offers nothing more than calories and sugar while spiking sugar levels. Skip out on sugary suckers and candy bars and opt for naturally-sweetened fruits rich in fiber and potassium, an essential nutrient that has shown a preventative role in high blood pressure.

7. Soft Drinks
Soft drinks supply nothing more than sugar and calories the way candy does. One can (or 12 fluid ounces) of soda generally contains more than 9 teaspoons of sugar, or 39 total grams - that is the entire daily recommended amount for men and two-thirds for women!

8. Pastries

Doughnuts, cakes and cookies are loaded with sugar along with fat. The combination may contribute to weight gain in excessive amounts. Reduce the consumption of these products and keep portion and serving sizes in check.

9. Alcohol

Surprisingly, the consumption of alcohol has actually shown to reduce heart disease risk. The catch? Consuming alcohol in moderation and in recommended amounts - limited to two servings per day for men and one serving for women.

Too much alcohol can result to initial dehydration and long-term weight gain, both consequently increasing blood pressure

Are you able to work long distance without feeling legs pain or cramps? or you are forced to site down when you cannot take the pain again?

well here lies that answers to your pain. Please have a seat has you learn how to ease your legs pain and cramps.

If high blood pressure is left untreated for a long time, it can put extra strain on the arteries in your arms and legs and may cause the blood vessels in the legs to narrow, causing painful cramps.

High blood pressure can cause your arteries to become more narrow. They can also damage the arteries, and fatty deposits can build up around the areas of damage. These deposits make the arteries narrower still and this results in poor circulation in the legs and feet. These problems are known as Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)

What are the symptoms of PAD?

The most common sign of peripheral artery disease (PAD) is painful cramping in your legs or hips when you are walking or moving, which goes away when you stop. The cramping occurs because there is not enough blood flowing to the muscles in your legs, and the pain is caused by them not getting the energy and oxygen they need.

If you have had PAD for some time, the pain in your legs may persist, and you may find that your calves and feet are much colder than the rest of your body. You may also develop sores on your legs or feet that do not heal, or you may have hair loss in these areas.

Can PAD be treated?

It is possible to slow down the progression of peripheral artery disease (PAD) and sometimes reverse it making positive changes to your lifestyle.

Regular walking for 30 minutes a day can help. If this is too much for you to do all at once, you may be asked to build up the time you can walk for before you feel pain. In other words, walk until you feel pain, rest for a few minutes and then continue to walk until you need to rest again, until you have walked for 30 minutes.

Eating less saturated fats and trans-fats (which build up in the arteries) and replacing them with unsaturated fats will help carry the fatty deposits away from the arteries. If you are overweight, losing weight will help. Giving up smoking will also help greatly.

You may be given supplements to help stop your blood from clotting and to lower your cholesterol levels (statins).

How can I lower my risk of PAD?

Having high blood pressure is a major risk factor for peripheral artery disease (PAD). If you can lower your blood pressure through lifestyle changes and supplements (drugs just suppress the symptoms which occur again), you can reduce your risk.

If you smoke, if you have an unhealthy diet, or if you are overweight or not very active, you should think about changing to a more healthy lifestyle. This will help lower your blood pressure, and lower your risk of developing PAD

I will be here again tomorrow to guide you in this journey. But, till then,

How Does Salt (Sodium) Raise Your Blood Pressure?

Hello once again, I believe you are doing well today The amount of salt you eat has a direct effect on your blood pressure.

Salt makes your body hold on to water. If you eat too much salt, the extra water stored in your body raises your blood pressure. So, the more salt you eat, the higher your blood pressure.

The higher your blood pressure, the greater the strain on your heart, arteries, kidneys and brain. This can lead to heart attacks, strokes, dementia and kidney disease.

Salt works on your kidneys to make your body hold on to more water. This extra stored water raises your blood pressure and puts strain on your kidneys, arteries, heart and brain.

Arteries

The extra blood pressure caused by eating too much salt puts extra strain on the insides of your arteries.

To cope with the extra strain, the tiny muscles in the artery walls become stronger and thicker. Yet this only makes the space inside the arteries smaller and raises your blood pressure even higher.

This cycle of increasing blood pressure (which occurs slowly over a number of years) can ultimately lead to the arteries bursting or becoming so narrow that they then clog up entirely.

When this happens, the organs of the body that were receiving the blood from the arteries become starved of the oxygen and nutrients they need. This can result in the organs being damaged and can be fatal.

Heart

The raised blood pressure caused by eating too much salt may damage the arteries leading to the heart.

At first, it may cause a slight reduction in the amount of blood reaching the heart. This may lead to angina (sharp pains in the chest when being active).

With this condition the cells in the heart don`t work as well as they should because they are not receiving enough oxygen and nutrients. However, lowering blood pressure may help to alleviate some of the problems and reduce the risk of greater damage.

If you continue to eat too much salt then, over time, the damage caused by the extra blood pressure may become so severe that the arteries burst or become completely clogged.

If this happens, then the part of the heart that was receiving the blood no longer gets the oxygen and nutrients it needs and dies. The result is a heart attack.

The best way to prevent a heart attack is to stop the arteries becoming damaged. And one of the best ways of doing this is keep your blood pressure down by eating less salt.

Brain

The raised blood pressure caused by eating too much salt may damage the arteries leading to the brain.

At first, it may cause a slight reduction in the amount of blood reaching the brain. This may lead to dementia (known as vascular dementia).

With this condition the cells in the brain don`t work as well as they should because they are not receiving enough oxygen and nutrients. However, lowering blood pressure may help to alleviate some of the problems and reduce the risk of greater damage.

If you continue to eat too much salt then, over time, the damage caused by the extra blood pressure may become so severe that the arteries burst or become completely clogged.

If this happens, then the part of the brain that was receiving the blood no longer gets the oxygen and nutrients it needs and dies. The result is a stroke, where you lose the ability to do the things that part of the brain used to control.

The best way to prevent a stroke is to stop the arteries becoming damaged. And one of the best ways of doing this is keep your blood pressure down by eating less salt.

Kidneys

Your body removes unwanted fluid by filtering your blood through your kidneys. Here any extra fluid is sucked out and put into your bladder to be removed as urine.

To do this, your kidneys use osmosis to draw the extra water out of your blood. This process uses a delicate balance of sodium and potassium to pull the water across a wall of cells from the bloodstream into a collecting channel that leads to the bladder.

Eating salt raises the amount of sodium in your bloodstream and wrecks the delicate balance, reducing the ability of your kidneys to remove the water.

The result is a higher blood pressure due to the extra fluid and extra strain on the delicate blood vessels leading to the kidneys.

Over time, this extra strain can damage the kidneys - known as kidney disease. This reduces their ability to filter out unwanted and toxic waste products, which then start to build up in the body.

If kidney disease is left untreated and the blood pressure isn`t lowered, the damage can lead to kidney failure. This is when the kidneys are no longer able to be filter the blood and the body slowly becomes poisoned by its own toxic waste products.

If you have high blood pressure and are being treated with a diuretic medication, this makes the kidneys remove more fluid from the bloodstream.

Because the sodium in salt counteracts this effect, reducing your salt intake will make your blood pressure medicine more effective.

I will be here again tomorrow to guide you in this journey. But, till then,

stay healthy; Eat Healthy

Diabetes and High Blood Pressure

Good morning, i know this question may have been pondering in your mind, i will discuss how diabetes leads to high blood pressure.

To answer the question in your mind, yes, it can leads to high blood pressure. I know you want to ask me how?

People with Diabetes Are More Likely To Also Have High Blood Pressure Or Hypertension.

Having diabetes increases your risk of developing high blood pressure and other cardiovascular problems, because diabetes adversely affects the arteries, predisposing hem to atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries).

Atherosclerosis can cause high blood pressure, which if not treated, can lead to further blood vessel damage, and stroke, heart failure, heart attack or kidney failure.

Even high yet normal blood pressure or pre-hypertension (defined as 120-139/ 80-89 millimetres of mercury or mmHg) has an impact on your health.

Studies show that people with normal yet high range blood pressure readings, over a 10-year period of follow up time, had a two to three-fold increased risk of heart disease

What Should Blood Pressure be if you have Diabetes?

Blood pressure readings vary, but in general if someone has diabetes their blood pressure should be less than 130/80 mmHg. The first number is the "systolic pressure" or the pressure in the arteries when your heart beats and fills the arteries with blood.

The second number is the "diastolic pressure" or the pressure in the arteries when your heart rests between beats, filling itself with blood for the next contraction.

Having normal blood pressure is as important in managing diabetes as having good control of your blood sugar when it comes to preventing diabetes complications.

Don't Let Your High Blood Pressure Leads To Stroke

"Every man, woman and child needs 90 essential nutrients just to survive, much less to thrive. to put the odds in your favor to live as long as possible, with the highest possible quality life, you must get these nutrients everyday"

High blood pressure and stroke:

High blood pressure (hypertension) is the most important known risk factor for stroke. High blood pressure can cause damage to blood vessel walls, which may eventually lead to a stroke.

You can control your blood pressure by HBP Pack and lifestyle.

What is Blood Pressure?

Blood pressure is a measurement of the force your blood puts on blood vessel walls as it travels through your body.

What do your blood pressure numbers mean?

Your blood pressure reading is expressed with two numbers; for example, 120/80.

Blood pressure varies and if the reading is high, you may need to measure your blood pressure on a number of occasions.

Its better you monitor your blood pressure at home. There are a number of different blood pressure devices you may use to do this.

What Causes High Blood Pressure?

In most cases it is impossible to pinpoint an exact cause. However, there are a number of risk factors that have been linked to high blood pressure. These include:

1) A family history of high blood pressure
2) Age (blood pressure can rise as people get older)
3) Men are more likely to have high blood pressure than women
4) Being overweight
5) Excessive alcohol drinking
6) Smoking
7) Diabetes
cool Lack of exercise
9) A diet high in salt

Why Manage Blood Pressure?

Uncontrolled high blood pressure can injure or kill you. It`s sometimes called "the silent killer" because it has no symptoms. One in three adults has high blood pressure; yet, many people don’t know they have it. So it`s important to have your doctor check your blood pressure.

Blockages and blood clots mean less blood can get to our vital organs, and without blood, the tissue dies. That’s why high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack, kidney failure, and even heart failure.

More than 75 percent of Nigerians who have a stroke have high blood pressure.

What is the Heart/Brain Connection?

What helps your heart can help your brain, too. Following a heart-healthy lifestyle can help reduce your blood pressure, lower your chances of having a stroke or heart disease and can make a big difference in your mental abilities as you age.

Risk factors that can lead to heart disease and stroke, such as physical inactivity and obesity, can also contribute to dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss and cognitive dysfunction.

Similar to high blood pressure, those risk factors can lead to narrowing of the blood vessels, which reduces blood flow to the brain and leads to hardening of the arteries of the heart and brain.
How Can I Reduce My Blood Pressure?
The good news is that high blood pressure can be checked, lowered and controlled. Whether your blood pressure is high or normal (normal is less than 120 mm Hg systolic AND less than 80 mm Hg diastolic or <120/80). visit www.healthlane.com.ng/landpag forhow to cure your high blood pressure.

Can You Read Your Pulse?

Even if you’re not an athlete, knowledge about your heart rate can help you monitor your fitness level and it might even help you spot developing health problems.

Your heart rate, or pulse, is the number of times your heart beats per minute. Normal heart rate varies from person to person. Knowing yours can be an important heart-health gauge.

As you age, changes in the rate and regularity of your pulse can change and may signify a heart condition or other condition that needs to be addressed.

Where is it and what is a normal heart rate?

The best places to find your pulse are the:

Wrists
Inside of your elbow
Side of your neck
Top of the foot

To get the most accurate reading, put your finger over your pulse and count the number of beats in 60 seconds.

Your resting heart rate is the heart pumping the lowest amount of blood you need because you’re not exercising. If you’re sitting or lying and you’re calm, relaxed and aren’t ill, your heart rate is normally between 60 (beats per minute) and 100 (beats per minute).

But a heart rate lower than 60 doesn’t necessarily signal a medical problem. It could be the result of taking a drug such as a beta blocker. A lower heart rate is also common for people who get a lot of physical activity or are very athletic.

Active people often have lower heart rates because their heart muscle is in better condition and doesn’t need to work as hard to maintain a steady beat.

Moderate physical activity doesn’t usually change the resting pulse much. If you’re very fit, it could change to 40. A less active person might have a heart rate between 60 and 100.

That’s because the heart muscle has to work harder to maintain bodily functions, making it higher.

How Other Factors Affect Heart Rate

Air temperature: When temperatures (and the humidity) soar, the heart pumps a little more blood, so your pulse rate may increase, but usually no more than five to 10 beats a minute.

Body position: Resting, sitting or standing, your pulse is usually the same. Sometimes as you stand for the first 15 to 20 seconds, your pulse may go up a little bit, but after a couple of minutes it should settle down.

Emotions: If you’re stressed, anxious or “extraordinarily happy or sad” your emotions can raise your pulse.

Body size: Body size usually doesn’t change pulse. If you’re very obese, you might see a higher resting pulse than normal, but usually not more than 100.

Medication use: Meds that block your adrenaline (beta blockers) tend to slow your pulse, while too much thyroid medication or too high of a dosage will raise it.

I will be here again tomorrow to guide you in this journey. But, till then,
stay healthy.

A Day Without Coughing!!

There are a number of medications that cause a dry, persistent cough.

They include prescription medications, over-the-counter etc. A dry cough caused by medications is puzzling because it never goes away.

People will say they feel as if they have smokers cough, even though they`ve never smoked.

The throat doesn`t become infected or inflamed, cough medicine, over-the-counter cough remedies or an antibiotics don`t help.

The so called ACE inhibitors which are often used to control blood pressure, could be the cause of a long-lasting dry cough. A cough may be triggered while you are sleeping just because you rub your throat against a pillow.

Almost everyone who take high blood pressure medications suffer dry cough and other side effects such cold or flu; muscle cramps; pain in your legs or back; stomach pain, diarrhea; headache, dizziness; tired feeling; and sleep problems (insomnia).

What is the solution?

I know that is what in your mind. They said information is power, if you are misinformed or uninformed, then you will likely to be suffering from what you ought not to suffer for.

Is your Blood Pressure like a Dolphins?

A dolphin`s heart rate drops as low as 12 beats per minute while diving to conserve oxygen. When resurfacing, a dolphin’s heartbeat can increase to 120 beats per minute.

If this fluctuation occurred in a human, he/she would probably have a stroke. A dolphin can handle a quick change in blood pressure but what happens to a human when a change in blood pressure occurs?

About 85 million Africans have high blood pressure. High blood pressure is when the force of the blood flowing through your blood vessels is consistently too high.

When left untreated high blood pressure can be a contributing factor to heart attack, stroke or other heart diseases.

Eating a well-balanced, low salt diet, limit alcohol, exercise regularly, maintain a healthy weight and get your dietary supplements are ways to help prevent and manage high blood pressure.

Sexual Problem!!!

Research has shown that High blood pressure or hypertension posed a threat to sexual satisfaction of its victims. If left untreated, it may leads to psychology damage, i.e victims will be scared to engage in sexual activities and this will harm majority of families.
Although the inability to have and maintain an erection (erectile dysfunction) becomes increasingly common in men as they reach age 45, it`s even more likely to occur if they have high blood pressure, too.
Over time, high blood pressure damages the lining of your blood vessels and causes your arteries to harden and narrow (atherosclerosis), limiting blood flow.

This means less blood is able to flow to your penis. For some men, the decreased blood flow makes it difficult to achieve and maintain erections often referred to as erectile dysfunction.

The problem is fairly common, especially among men who are not treating their high blood pressure.

Women may have sexual dysfunction as a side effect of high blood pressure, as well. High blood pressure can reduce blood flow to your vagina. For some women, this leads to a decrease in sexual desire or arousal, vaginal dryness, or difficulty achieving orgasm.

What is The Way Forward?

You have to take the bull by the horn, take control of your blood pressure and don't ever think of managing or living with it. There are many exercises and Yoga that can help you to manage this condition, but if left untreated it might leads to stroke, heart attack and slumping (sudden collapse).

Therefore, get your HBP Pack 3in1 to curb and lower your blood pressure without any side effect. These Natural Supplements lower High Blood Pressure and clear arteries blockage and eliminate the risk of Hypertension.
So what are you waiting for? Did you still want to be taking drugs that will impair your sexual performance and cause side effect? Then it's time to take charge of your health by not allowing financial constraints.

Thanks as always for being a valued subscriber and reader, may new things come before us this new month. To day email is to lay emphasize on deadly symptoms out of other symptoms of Hypertension. I called this symptom deadly because it often ignored or treated with levity hands.

Its better to understand that high blood pressure (hypertension)is a common disease condition in which the blood flowing through the arteries exerts high pressure on the walls of the artery resulting in certain health issues.

An individual can suffer from High Blood Pressure for several years without having any symptoms but this condition always does some kind of damage to the arteries and the heart. If left untreated and uncontrolled it can lead to serious consequences like a heart attack or stroke.

Nosebleeds is quite a frightening experience, although some are not serious in any way. They are divided into two parts which is the anterior when the bleeding is from the front of the nose and posterior when the bleeding is from the back of the nose.

One of the causes of nosebleed is the inability of the blood to clot. This inability of the blood to clot is mainly seen in people who are on blood thinners like coumadin or aspirin which are normally given to people who have narrowed arteries resulting in reduced blood flow to the parts of the body. Certain liver diseases also affect the clotting of blood.

Studies have also shown that uncontrolled hypertension or high blood pressure can also cause nosebleeds as they affect the arteries adversely damaging them resulting in use of blood thinners and hence affecting the ability of the blood to clot causing nosebleeds.

Advise

In today`s stressful world nearly everyone suffers from High Blood Pressure or hypertension and it is easily detected and hence it is important to stay fit and keep the stress at a minimal level to control the blood pressure. Get your HBP Pack 3in1 to eliminate that complications (Heart Attack and Stroke) that forever condition human life.

Once again Happy New Month.....

Racing pulse or heart palpitations

Good day, i believe you are having a nice day. It being long that you receive my newsletters, it was due to system upgrade. I will like to discuss this very symptom with you today. Let brush through our memory lane.

A heart palpitation is the sensation that your heart has skipped a beat or added an extra beat. It may feel like your heart is racing, pounding, or fluttering. You may become overly aware of your heartbeat. This sensation can also be felt in the neck, throat, or chest. It’s also possible that your heart rhythm can change during the palpitations.

Most heart palpitations are harmless and resolve on their own without treatment. But in rare cases, heart palpitations can indicate a serious condition. We should know that

palpitations is one of the symptoms of Pulmonary hypertension.

What is Pulmonary hypertension?

Pulmonary hypertension is a type of high blood pressure that affects the arteries in your lungs and the right side of your heart. In one form of pulmonary hypertension, tiny arteries in your lungs, called pulmonary arterioles, and capillaries become narrowed, blocked or destroyed. This makes it harder for blood to flow through your lungs, and raises

pressure within your lungs' arteries.

Symptoms

The signs and symptoms of pulmonary hypertension in its early stages might not be noticeable for months or even years. As the disease progresses, symptoms become worse.

Pulmonary hypertension symptoms include:

Shortness of breath (dyspnea), initially while exercising and eventually while at rest
Fatigue
Dizziness or fainting spells (syncope)
Chest pressure or pain
Swelling (edema) in your ankles, legs and eventually in your abdomen (ascites)
Bluish color to your lips and skin (cyanosis)
Racing pulse or heart palpitations

Causes

Your heart has two upper chambers (atria) and two lower chambers (ventricles). Each time blood passes through your heart, the lower right chamber (right ventricle) pumps blood to your lungs through a large blood vessel (pulmonary artery).

In your lungs, the blood releases carbon dioxide and picks up oxygen. The oxygen-rich blood then flows through blood vessels in your lungs (pulmonary arteries, capillaries and veins) to the left side of your heart. Ordinarily, the blood flows easily through the vessels in your lungs, so blood pressure is usually much lower in your lungs.

With pulmonary hypertension, the rise in blood pressure is caused by changes in the cells that line your pulmonary arteries. These changes can cause the walls of the arteries to become stiff and thick, and extra tissue may form. The blood vessels may also become inflamed and tight.

These changes in the pulmonary arteries can reduce or block blood flow through the blood vessels. This makes it harder for blood to flow, raising the blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries.

This discussion will continue.... Thanks for reading...

How Do Hypertension Medications Affect Sexuality?

Morning, How was your night? You must have experience or hear from your doctor that Hypertension leads to many complications ranging from

1. Heart attacks
2. Stroke
3. Heart failure
4. Diabetes
5. Atherosclerosis
6. Kidney diseases
7. Eye diseases
8. Erectile Dysfunction

Let understand that high blood pressure damages the lining of blood vessels and causes arteries to harden and narrow (atherosclerosis), limiting blood flow. This means less blood is able to flow to your penis. For some men, the decreased blood flow makes it difficult to achieve and maintain erections.

Whether you're a man or a woman, high blood pressure can definitely put a damper on your sex life. Among men, high blood pressure can cause erection problems by slowing the supply of blood to the penis.

A survey of 104 men with hypertension, published in the October 2016 issue of The Journal of Urology, found that the vast majority 71 patients had some form of erectile dysfunction. For 47 men nearly half the problem was severe.

In recent years, researchers have begun to understand that high blood pressure also takes a toll on female sexuality. A study of 640 women, published in the June 2016 issue of The American Journal of Hypertension, found that the women with hypertension were significantly more likely than others to suffer pain during intercourse. They also were more likely to have decreased vaginal lubrication and trouble reaching orgasm.

In an unfortunate twist, many drugs that are good for your heart can be hard on your sex life. According to the Mayo Clinic, many diuretics and beta blockers (two very popular classes of blood pressure medicine) can cause erectile problems in men.

Also it's usually unsafe to take erectile dysfunction drugs (Viagra, Levitra, Cialis) with high blood pressure medication, don't take them with nitrates, this can cause a life threatening drop in blood pressure.

Therefore it is pertinent to Cure your cure high blood pressure to have ultimate desired life through our natural supplement, that contain nutrients, vitamins, and enzymes that cannot be found in our daily meal, and it has no side effects unlike conventional drugs. A try will not harm you.
