There are several instances and avenue for any brilliant lawyer to make name and money for him/her self, they will rather run after corrupt moneybag politicians for cheap money.

We have lots of lazy and unimaginative lawyers in this country.

The government should have fenced the place up.

Did Julius berger tell the boy to jump or play around the gutter or drainage? You people saying trash here should have as well told Julius berger to build a massive wall at the edges of third mainland bridge to enable them prevent those people that use that place as sucide zone. But then it baffles me that you don't seem to know that it's a canal not a gutter. Canals are wider and deeper than gutters so I can't understand how according to you it was "carelessly constructed".
