As we all know, Everybody prayer in this world is to be wealthy, yet our religious books have this to say about wealthy and rich people...

CHRISTIANITY
Matthew 19:24-28 I can
guarantee again that it is easier
for a camel to go through the eye
of a needle than for a rich person
to enter God’s kingdom .”

Mathew19:16-22
...Jesus said to
him, “If you want to be perfect,
sell what you own. Give the
money to the poor, and you will
have treasure in heaven. Then
follow me!” When the young man
heard this, he went away sad
because he owned a lot of
property.

ISLAM
Surah Ash-Shura, Verse 20:
Whoever desires the gain of the hereafter, We will give him more of that gain; and whoever desires the gain of this world, We give him of it, and in the hereafter he has no portion.

(SAW) said: “I stood at the gate of
Paradise and saw that the majority of
the people who had entered it were
poor people, while the rich were
forbidden (to enter along with the poor,
because they were waiting the
reckoning of their accounts), but the
people of the Fire had been ordered to
be driven to the Fire...

Upon all these from our religious books, Why do Humans still crave for wealth and riches by all means when you know it can easily lead you to hell?
