Crazy Hot Asians: Women wins chili bath challenge by eating 20 peppers in one minut

Challengers from Yichun, Jiangxi Province in east China, took part in a “spicy” contest – the hot chili bath challenge – on Sunday, in which participants are asked to eat as many chili peppers as they possibly could in limited time in a hot spring filled with red chilies.

The competition was held in a tourist resort that invited visitors from several provinces to join in.

As much as contestants love chili, only a young local woman who managed to consume 20 chilies in one minute clinched the championship.

Like the residents of its neighbor province Hunan in central China, spicy cuisines and tastes have always been favored by Jiangxi people.
