JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a skilled Client Service Executive to provide financial, administrative and clerical services to our clients.
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Performance Management of staff
• Receivable/Invoicing Management for clients
• Client/staff compliant Management & resolution
• Staff Engagement
• Report Generation from the system
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Performance Management of all staff deployed to client’s offices
• Handle logistics for staff training program and village meetings where applicable.
• Timely resolution of issues/complaints from clients, staff and provision of detailed feedback.
• Monthly report on staff strength
• Follow up on salary and allowance payments in line with contracts terms.
• Tracing and collection of WHT receipt.
• Report on weekly client service activities and monthly report on staff strength.
• Visitation to client’s offices

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
• Excellent Interpersonal Relationship skills & customer service
• Proactive with Excellent work ethics.
• Have an excellent understanding of the businesses we manage
• Excellent Oral & Written communication Skills
• Good use of Microsoft Excel Suite
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem-solving attitude
• Self-motivated and good Time Management.
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Confidentiality
• Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
BSc degree in Accounting or Business Administration
