I was link to upload and ID and bank statement before I can make purchase with my card for some items I want to order, please can you explain further what this mean and why, I actually buy some items early early this year and pay with my bank card... If I may, there's no other way! You must close the appeal by providing the documents requested for; if you use another card, it'll 90% run into Appeal again. So, just provide them. You can make use of your NIMC slip, voter's card or driver's license. I think any govt/tertiary institution issued card is acceptable too.
