Perhaps you have been told a number of times that you are quite a judgemental person
Whatever be the case, you have realized that you have this character flaw and you are willing to do something about it. Then, you have come to the right place.

Often an excessively judgemental outlook is a reflection of what is going on inside- low self-esteem. You didn’t see that coming, did you?

Let me break it down
A judgemental attitude is about thinking highly of your moral balance or logic to the point that you put others down by pointing out the flaws in theirs. What this does is to inflate your ego and make you focus on other people’s faults, rather than yours.

Ultimately, it is because you don’t feel great about yourself that you try to project it on others. Get it, now?
