Nigga raw paved the way for indigenous rapmusic in Nigeria. Just 2 Facts 1. Before Nigga raw, no indigenous rapper got heavy rotations on all radio and t.v stations nationwide. In other words he commercialized it. He made people love it. 2. Prior to Raw, no indigenous rapper was a household name in Nigeria. Please don't mention lord of Ajasa coz he was only known in lagos and the rest of southwest. There was hardly anybody that was, at least,10 years of age in Nigeria that didn't know raw hen he was popping. Over 70% of those who know Dagrin now only got to know him coz of his death. No disrespect. Mr. Raw did not just pave way for indigenous rap he also paved way for flavour. N'abania. He put flavour on and he blew. 1 Like |
