There are some days you wake up and immediately feel like the universe is conspiring against you. Those awful and bad days when things don’t go as planned and you feel you’re carrying a lot of weight on your shoulder. Well, remember that bad day happens to everyone.

Even to the happiest man on earth, (s)he has those weird feelings sometimes. The most important is how you handle the day because your attitude can either make a bad day worse or make it better.

What do You Need to Know When Having a Bad Day?

It is Okay to Cry
You are not a robot and you don’t have to apologise for crying. Crying is not a sign of weakness. Rather, it is an acceptable way to let go of your negative feelings. So, avoid building up those feelings without release. Else, you will have a much harder time dealing with them later.

Worry Makes You Suffer Twice
It’s human to worry about bad situations but, do not let it take away your strength. According to J.K. Rowling, “worrying means you suffer twice.” That is, you give yourself the chance to suffer about the thing that is to come and when it comes.

No One’s Life is Picture Perfect
People will only show you what they want you to see especially those seemingly perfect moments. Therefore, you need to avoid social comparison on social media. It might affect and reduce your self-esteem.
