About our “Self-Awareness” Masterclass Training

The Self awareness training will help individual have a better understanding of their own unique personality traits, and how these elements can ultimately influence their behavior and relationships as well as how they can address issues and ultimately improve their efficiency and productivity.



In this session, participants will leave with the necessary tools to evaluate their environment and maximize relationships by identifying tendencies/biases and knowing how to address them adequately so they can improve collaboration and have a simple language to help them overcome challenges and conflict.
