Police arrest man for parading himself as the Igwe-Elect of Umumbo, as Obiano ignores court order

The suspension of the 12 traditional rulers who went on a courtesy visit to the presidential Villa Abuja to thank President Buhari on some of the ongoing upgrade of infrastructure in southeast is causing crisis in almost all the communities.

In Aguleri, the two Igwes involved in the Abuja trios were said to have been sacked and new Igwes nominated and issued with Certificates of Recognition.

But in Umumbo autonomous community, Ayamelum LGA the case is not the same. Attempt to replace HRH Igwe Simon Ikechukwu Chidubem who was one of the suspended monarchs is chasing so much tension in the community.
