2. Government would step in by drafting the military, or special police tactical units.
In both scenarios, the innocent residents of Anambra will bear the brunt.... these same people rejoicing over the attacks on police men will bear the brunt. If they are not terrorised by armed robbers, cultists and kidnappers, they would suffer mass arrests and undergo tortures in the hands of brutal security forces.

When things that should make people fear, make them happy instead, you can't help but wonder whether they truly understand.
