Before we criticize or condemn other people, it is wise to make sure that there attitude toward us is not a reflection of our attitude toward them. A small simple compliment can save someone's day or even someone's life.

It's not the big praises that matter most, but the small acts of kindness; the unexpected compliments here and there that make the biggest impact.

All of us sooner or later realize that whatever we achieve is a million times more fulfilling if we can share it with other people and when it has a impact on the greater good.
