They will have excuse, they are excuse men. Insecurity - "its a global issue" Poor economy - " its a global issue" "its caused by covid19" Inflation - " its the middlemen" etc. Buhari failed not because he wished to fail but he lacks the tact and IQ to translate good intentions to economic reality.
