I am not usually optimistic when I ought to be realistic. The team will sent (with tax+ payer's money) to Cameroon is trash and will/must embarrass Nigeria. Anyway, it's their luck ( I mean the players and coaching team) make they go there go enjoy their part of national cake. Imagine even Iwobi is in Cameroon mtcheeeeeeew

Yekini wasn’t the only professional in that squad.
Rufai was playing for KSC Lokeren of Belgium
Stephen Keshi was at RSC Anderlecht also Belgium.
Eguavoen was at Gent of Belgium…Remember Sam Okwaraji who scored a cracker against Cameron in that tournament…he was at Stuttgart of Germany.
Yekini was playing at African sports of Ivory Coast.

Note the likes of Leventis United with Andrew Uwe, ACB of Lagos with Henry Nwosu or Shooting stars Ademola Adeshina or Iwuanyanwu nationale Mike Obiku can not be compared to the present players and teams in the Nigeria premier league.

Egypt is winning this AFCON, SENEGAL coming 2nd, and NIGERIA 3rd.
