no he isn't. A case of defection can be filed and his defection can be declared illegal, all entitlement and privileges accorded can be striped ,salaries and allowances earned that period should be returned

Pdp suppose to take zamfara house of assembly to court all of them will be sacked by court and replace with pdp competent member so they can impeach Bello and his deputy and replace him with the former deputy

Obaseki was not the APC gubernatorial candidate in Edo's last governorship election.

I believe Obaseki represented PDP.


And by the way, cross-carpeting is acceptable if there is a proof that the party one is crossing over from, has been factionalized or in a massive internal dispute situation.
