Please who else is currently having issues logging in?

I registered to this platform while I was in school. I used it for transportations like airtime , data and gotv subscriptions. Most times it doesn't allow me perform my transactions.

One day I tried funding the my wallet again and they cut almost 30% of the money I put. logged a complain and they said it's because of increase in taxation. I endured and stopped using it for a while

2days ago my sister asked me to sub her gotv. She funded my wallet. I tried logging in but it's not working. I even tried resetting my password but the box provided for email is not clickable. I keep trying but got no response.

The page won't load on my Google search.
If I load any other page aside ragp it will load.
For 2days now.

Wetin do normal bank used? Or Norman bank app?
