I drew and detailed this plan with my phone from beginning to finishing. I use logo pit plus app. This a propose 2 bedroom detached. Pls I am not engineer oo.

If you're going to have the 2 rooms ensuite, then I'd suggest you add a visitors' toilet. Most peeps wouldn't like visitors entering their rooms just to use the toilet.
