Role: Chief Operations Manager (People and Projects) at a Digital financial Startup that aims at inclusive financial empowerment for women.

This is a full-time, onsite role and the basic remuneration is 400,000 naira monthly (net).
Project Managers are encouraged to apply.

Ideal Candidate must possess the following

1. A working background in Finance
2. At least 4 years previous experience as a COO, or Head of Operations in a fast paced environment
3. Experience in Credit and investment is a huge advantage
4. Live on/in close proximity to the Island
